Pallet Shuttle system assembly

The Pallet Shuttle is a compact storage system in which a satellite cart moves inside the racking channels to store and retrieve pallets, instead of the forklift entering the lane. The result: much higher storage density and less damage to the structure.

At Aiyra Electromecánica we assemble these systems with precision, coordinating with the cart supplier and the automation integrator. The racking assembly must be perfectly aligned and level: that is what allows the shuttle to run without faults.

Assembly coordinated with automation

A shuttle is only as good as the assembly that supports it. We build the racking with surveying and tolerance control, coordinate timing with the automation integrator and leave everything tested and documented. We work with Mecalux, ULMA and AR Racking systems.

The Pallet Shuttle can also be integrated inside a self-supporting warehouse or installed in your existing building.
